Si’st Sipu ~ Three Rivers is an Indigenous wellness brand offering bear grease remedies, herbal skincare, haircare and body care, tinctures, bath salts, and traditional plant medicine products.

My grandmother’s name, Si’st Sipu (pronounced Siist Si•bu) meaning Three Rivers, reflects both my family lineage and the three rivers of plant medicine teachings I’ve received from Elders across the Americas. My journey with plant medicine began in Guatemala, where Mayan Elders deepened my connection to the healing power of plants. Since returning home, I’ve continued to weave these teachings in to the products I create.

With over 25 years of experience in the beauty industry, I combine traditional plant knowledge with modern science to create skincare and wellness products in a Good Way—with respect, intention, and care. Each product is crafted from organic and wildcrafted ingredients to nourish, heal, and honor ancestral wisdom.
